Mike was straightforward and honest from the outset. Most importantly he executed on what he promised. The driver was there when he promised and called me at least 3 times prior to his arrival to let me know his schedule. The same was true when he delivered the vehicle. He was very co-operative when choosing a pick-up and drop-off location. He delivered the vehicle a day ahead of schedule without any incidents or damage. None of this would have been possible for me to do without Mike quarterbacking the transaction. Would definitely use All American again and while I do not know any others at the firm do yourself a favor and ask for Mike!
