Made a bad eperience into an excellent one

In July I had given SHOWTIME TRANSPORT A $200 DEPOSIT ( SHAME ON ME) I THOUGHT ( WRONGLY) THAT WITH THE MONEY UP FRONT THEY MIGHT TRY TO MOVE MY CAR IN EARLY DECEMBER WHICH IS WHAT I HAD WANTED
I called around Thanksgiving to ask when my car woudl be picked up. They called the next week and told me December 10 . They never showed up and no one called so for the next two days I tried to reach them they kept telling me tomorrow , tomorrow ,tomorrow. When Tomorrow never came I contacted Keith at All American . He checked the Central Booking Board and was kind enough to tell me where my vehicle stood which was near the bottom 39th and would not be arriving near Christmas as the drivers want to be home with their families. I contacted Showtime 12 more times confronting them with this information. They kept telling me Tomorrow.
I called Keith and asked what he could do.
He felt sorry for me and said that he would call some of his often used drivers. He also took $100 less than Showtime. One hour after he sent me the agreement with his company he called and asked if I wanted the car to go out that very same night. I was 70 miles away but fortunatley, my husband was just back from a trip that evening.But the drivers would never find my house at night, its on a narrow winding country road without any lights so it was agreed that my husband would drive my car to a parking lot a few miles away where it was loaded on the first rate spotless rig. The drivers ( they are brothers) drove my husband back home.
They would have volunteered to pick up the car at my home but their rig also had some very fancy cars Porsches and the like on it and they were concerned about scratching them with the over hanging trees. Good level of concern. My car is an old jeep they love Jeeps and treated it like the porsches. ALL around a great experience ONLY use Ketih at All American the very best!!!!!
