I truly appreciated the promptness of Byron's replies to my phone calls and e-mails. I was very nervous about the whole process and he was very reassuring and professional. He even contacted me to follow up on the pick up. The driver of the van was also great.. I contacted him a few days before the scheduled delivery to make sure everything was on time and he returned my call promptly and didn't leave me worrying. I would definitely recommend American Transport Company and using Byron as a contact.
