We were informed throughout the process. The car was picked up very close to our house, and dropped off at delivery by the same driver. The car had no damage at all during the journey. The whole process was very easy. I was extremely happy with the everyone involved in the process. The driver was so careful when he put the car on the truck, and double-checked all tie-downs and positioning of the vehicle.
