I picked this company after not being able to find a review below 4 stars. I found multiple low scores on a few quotes that were 50-75 dollars cheaper. I'm not sure if it's common practice but I noticed they took 25 dollars less on the deposit and gave it to the trucking company they booked instead of asking me for more money. If that's normal or not I think it speaks volumes about the company itself. They gave me a quote and sacrificed to be sure they provided what they offered. I read some horror stories about other people who were not so fortunate with different companies.

I spoke to David on Friday afternoon and the car was picked up by Monday. The driver and company that he worked for had good communication. The driver did want to meet in a different part of town but had no problems when asked to come closer to the house when requested.

I definitely would recommend using All American to locate a trucking company for you. It wasn't the lowest quote but it was definitely the best service I could have hoped for.
