We received excellent service from Mike. We were told our car would be picked up within 2-3 dyas of its available date and it was picked up in 2. We were told it would be delivered in 10-12 days (from date of pick up) and it was 10.
Mike checked in with us and made sure the car was picked up on time. He also did the follow up with the carrier to make sure our car was in route and was going to make its scheduled delivery.
We do this cross country transport every 6 months and this is the best service we have received in our 5 years of going this. The service was outstanding.
