I had not transported a car previous to this experience, so I had a lot of questions about the process. I began the process over one year before I actually ended up shipping the car. I started by contacting 8 different carriers. I found Jaymes at All American Auto Transport to be very patient and informative during the four different phone calls over the one year period. He gave me the 'time of day'! I felt like he cared about my needs and the car that was precious to me. The price was also slightly lower than all other carriers I contacted.
