I just want to say that I am thoroughly satisfied with my experience with All America Auto Transport.
Mike was a pleasure to deal with and was super prompt with his emails. He would respond within a day but typically it was a few hours. On the phone he was also very courteous and when he was out of the office, his coworker who picked up was also very accomodating. When contacting Mike about the location and deliveries of my vehicle he was always helpful in putting my worries at ease and seeing after the matter so that I did not have to. The price of the move was a bit higher than other companies, it was well worth the peace of mind.
Though the move took longer than expected, my vehicle was stuck at various hubs for a while. I recently moved to a very rural area which the delay was expected but it would have been nice that I got my vehicle prior to my weekend.
I would definetly use this company again since the other two companies I used were full of empty promises. They NEVER followed up or worse yet left me hanging without a carrier to transport my car. I had to leave for school without my car and went a month without it. After contacting Mike, it was 2 weeks and I got my car and I'm very pleased about this.
