This was a really good experience. We went w/the co because of the good reviews posted and they did not let us down. Contacted us immediately after we inquired and decided to use them. They picked up the car when agreed (even offered to pick it up sooner but we could not do that). Car was delivered at the earliest date they'd offered. Driver did ask for additional funds because he did not have a record of the deposit we'd already paid - party on the other end did not know and paid it. Once extra payment was discovered and documentation was provided Kurt was all over getting our money back so no complaints at all. I would definitely use them again. Our transport was east coast to west coast.
