Mike communicated very well with me. Although it took 10 days to get my car, it was received in perfect condition. I expected delivery time to be between 1 and 2 weeks, so the 10 days didn't seem out of line to me.
The transporter was a smaller one, holding just 3 or 4 cars. This was really nice, as it enabled him to pickup and deliver door to door.
