This was the first time I was shipping my car, so I was very nervous XXXespecially after reading some of the reviews on this site (as well as first hand stories from friends). After looking at a few reviews and companies, I decided to go with All America Auto Transport and I could not be happier with my decision!!
I e-mailed Mike and told him how it was the first time I was shipping my vehicle, and he talked me through the whole process. He was SO helpful, and answered all of my questions VERY quickly. Our carrier was Ace Auto Trans XXXand there was a truck ready to pick up my car on the exact day that I said my vehicle would be ready! The driver who picked up my car was SO NICE!! It took only nine days for my car to be shipped from Long Island, NY to San Diego, CA !!
I called a few times during the week to check on my car, and although they could not give me exact locations, EK at Ace Auto Trans was very helpful and was able to tell me that there was a 99% chance that my car would be delivered Monday morning. Every time I called Ace Auto Trans or e-mailed Mike, I received a response VERY quickly... Everyone I spoke to was so professional!
Honestly, I was VERY worried about shipping my carXXXand thanks to Mike at All America Auto Transport and everyone at Ace Auto Trans, the entire process went smoothly!! A big thanks to Mike and Ace Auto Trans!
