We are very sorry to hear that your vehicle was damaged and that you feel it was the drivers fault. If this is the case we will certainly discontinue to do business with that company. I am also confident that Jaymes will do everything to help you rectify the situation.
Also you did state that the problem is with the Carrier and not the Broker, so why would you give us 1 star out of 5 if you gave us great marks for honesty, knowledgeable, hold times, and overall customer service?
