Minor Damage

Vehicle was meticulously inspected by the delivery driver, with every scratch and ding noted. When the car was delivered, however, there was an undocumented dent on a door. The driver denied that he had anything to do with it and refused to note the damage on the form, meaning I have no way to file an insurance claim. I had no choice but to accept the car, as we were out in the street in traffic, which was rather dangerous. The problem with these brokers is that they really don't have any control over the drivers. I will say, however, that Jaymes was completely professional and I felt very comfortable that he was taking caring of things on his end. My issue is really with the driver, not the company.

We are very sorry to hear that your vehicle was damaged and that you feel it was the drivers fault. If this is the case we will certainly discontinue to do business with that company. I am also confident that Jaymes will do everything to help you rectify the situation. Also you did state that the problem is with the Carrier and not the Broker, so why would you give us 1 star out of 5 if you gave us great marks for honesty, knowledgeable, hold times, and overall customer service? AAAT
