This is the second time we have moved a vehicle with All America Auto Transport, Inc. cross country and have had an excellent experience both times. First transport was from Annapolis, Maryland to Bakersfield, CA (January 2009) and the second was from Bakersfield, CA to Camp Lejuene, NC (April 2011). The cost to transport the vehicles was not the cheapest in looking for a company, but we went with the reviews of past customers and their satisfaction upon receiving their vehicle with no damages and delivery in a timely manner.
The pick up date and time was punctual and the delivery date was early. The drivers were great in communicating and giving ETA's along the way.
We will be utilizing All America Auto Transport, Inc. for a third time to transport a vehicle from California to Annapolis. They have proven to move a vehicle cross country in one piece (absolutely no damages or missing items) and are prompt in pick up and delivery. You could not ask for anything more. And, again, the communication between the driver's and the customer is excellent.
Victoria, the Sales Agent, was great to work with, too, and was diligent in following up to ensure the vehicle was picked up on time and delivered as promised.
