Out contact person, Mike, was informative, helpful and reassuring, patient, thorough---yet concise and professional. He inspired trust and confidence. The price quote was carefully explained and competitive with the other five companies I contacted. His follow-up was timely and "on top of things." The only letdown was that my daughter's car was NOT delivered directly to her door, as promised. It was a bit troublesome for her to arrange to pick up her car an hour's distance away, on last minute's notice. Mike explained this was because it arrived on a weekend and the smaller transport truck was not available to shift her car onto. Perhaps the possibility of this happening should be explained, or at least mentioned, when delivery options are discussed. I would definitely use and recommend you company. Aloha! Marilyn Kravig
