After I have hired 3 different companies to pick up my car from alabama to Buffalo, all these companies took deposit from me and made me wait for a 7 to 10 day pick up window and all of them failed to locate a truck and just said sorry and refunded my deposit and wasted my time. I decided to go with all american Transport based on their 5 star rating on this site and the fact that they don't charge a deposit until they locate a truck to pick up your car, that was a reasonable deal. My contact person was Robert, he made feel comfortable, he was very profissional and skilled, we signed the contract on Monday at around 5pm, on right the next day Robert called me with the good news at 12 noon and informed me that he a found a truck to pick up my car and not only that, he will be picking it up today, I couldn't beleive my ears because it took 3 different brokers nearly a month to find a truck and they couldn't and Robert found one in less than 24 hours. Robert gave me the drivers information and me and the driver kept in touch until my car was delivered on time safely, the driver was very professional and treated my car like it was his.
Robert I couldn't Thank u enough and everyone on your team for an excellent service at a reasonable price, I have my BMW M3 in my garage right now and if it wasn't for All American Transport it would NOT be here today.
