Very rarely have I experienced such excellent service from any company I've done business with, much less one which offers such a complicated service (from the first time user's perspective). Both the broker (Kurt) and the driver (Nick) were absolutely wonderful! I am a very picky consumer and ask ALOT of questions. I was very, very nervous about this whole process and contacted alot of brokers before choosing this company. Both Kurt and Nick were patient, polite, prompt, and honest. Nick was especially nice to my Mother (she accepted the car) who can be even more picky than I am! I would highly recommend AAAT and hope I have the opportunity to use them again.
It also seems AAAT's entire team is above par - I was accidently overcharged a small amount and AAAT processed the credit the SAME day I reported it! Unbelievable!
