This customer must have misunderstood the discussion she had with Jaymes regarding her shipment. We tell customers, all customers, that we need a window to work with. Typically that is 2 to 3 working days. We can use a flat bed truck to guarantee pickup on a specific date but that would be an additional fee. The customer indicated on our form that the vehicle was available on the 14th and we schedule a carrier to load on the 16th. We discussed the options we had available to the customer and they began yelling and swearing at us. We informed the customer that we are a professional company and do not conduct business in that manner. We then spoke to the customer and they provided us with alternate contact information. We do not understand why they have said that they canceled with us, as to date they have not. We are very sorry if this caused any issues with our customer as our intention is to be of assistance in the shipment of their car.
Also, if the customer is questioning the BBB report, it reads that we have 12 complaints in the last 12 months, not 12 claims this year.
