Overall pretty good - cars arrived in one piece and within the promised time. Only disconnect in the whole experience was that the shipper for the Toyota insisted on coming early due to the holidays. As a result, we had to get a rental car, which equaled more cost than we anticipated. We felt they put pressure on us with some guilt at the holidays. But, the man who picked up the Toyota (at 5:30 am!) and the driver were very nice.
