Initially it was a little delayed because of poor response from the truck driver but then I called Mike and he took care of it very well. He immediately arranged for another truck driver and the car was picked up on the day promised. It was a good experience overall. The car arrived in good condition without any damage. The transportion was also very reasonable as compared to other transporters.
