Talked to Mike 4 times and every time he was helpful and pleasant. I initially had to put off shipping and the day I was ready, Mike was in contact with the driver, who responded within 24 hours to pick up the SUV.

Ed, the driver, was very nice. He took the time to explain about the transport procedures, and possible damages that could occur. I just appreciated the total honesty.

Later, Mike answered my concerns about the delay in delivery and connected me directly with Mr. Kelly, who was also nice, and he explained about the vehicle troubles that the driver had experienced. The website "FAQ" was helpful to me also. I would use your business again if the occasion arises and contacting Mike, and waiting for Ed to be available to drive our vehicle. A satisfied customer.

Ed delivered the SUV at night, 1 day earlier, knowing my son was waiting for his car to arrive. Excellent, excellent service!
