I have been unsuccessful in getting in touch with anyone regarding a refund request. From what I can tell you guys respond promptly to these reviews. I was not unhappy with the customer service received up to the point that I tried to contact for a refund. My original quote was $650, pick up on or after 4/30/08. It is now the beginning of June and I have had NO communication with them, other than a generic email stating the price would go up $100-$300 over the original quote due to increased fuel prices. Gas would have had to of gone up quite a bit more than it did to warrant that kind of an increase. If this is the driver’s decisions, then so be it. In the beginning I was told that if my car was not picked up in 20 days I could renegotiate a delivery date OR get a refund of the deposit. I will wait another 3 days and then pursue other means to have them contact me. It is a good thing I do not drive that car on a regular basis…..
