I'm posting again after having posted a few days ago. My car was to be shipped from Phoenix to Atlanta. My car ended up in a terminal in Greer, South Carolina because AllAboard never paid the trucking company who did the actual shipping. I had to drive to Greer to get my vehicle and pay an additional 538 dollars that the trucking company was owed in order to get the keys. I contacted my credit card and filed a disputed charge for unrendered services. My credit card company called me back 2 days later saying that I would receive a full refund from AllAboard on my next credit statement barring dispute from the "merchants" bank (AllAboard). I have attempted to contact them multiple times and they have been closed the past few days. I would recommend anyone who did not receive the services they paid for to file a wrongful charge with their credit card company to get their money back.
