I am a concierge for a luxury high rise community in San Antonio TX. One of my residents asked me to have her vehicle shipped from TX backt o New Mexico. With the lack of knowledge that I had for this type of procedure, I came upon Alamo logistics on the google search. I spoke with Bill and he explained every question that I asked and was very I and my resident had. They came to pick up her vehicle and the driver gave a detailed "time frame" as to how the delivery would play out. On Saturday, my resident was a bit nervous, I guess it was her first time going through this that she called my lobby and asked for an ETA. I then proceeded to call the driver and he gave me an ETA, and then after contact me every time he got closer to my residents home in New Mexico. All and all I recommend this company because they were all very professional, curteous and took that extra step to please my resident. =)
