I am adding this comment because this company is still in business, and apparently new customers sign for their service every day. I signed for their service January 17, 2005, and asked to pickup the car at any date. They told that estimated pickup will be in February 1. Since the car was not shipped, I called them several times. Until recently, they gave me by telephone confusing information regarding status of my order. Now, they disconnect their telephone each time when I attempt to contact them. If somebody is seriously considering to use their services and is reading this message, please contact me at asergeev@tulane.edu, and I could give more details of a possible fraudulent nature of this company. Information about claim process: I am thinking to claim a $200 deposit and possible fees for long-term storage at their terminal in Lincoln MA.
