like everyone else, i wish i had seen this site ealier. I was using a different company that went out of business and forwarded my order and contract to ALS without me knowing anything. i only found out when i tried calling to see where my cars were. well thats when the original company i was using tells me they went out of business but are now back in business but have no record of my contract because they forwarded my info to ALS without my consent. well after some choice words with them i contacted ALS to find out they were out of business and a guy named FRED was just trying to take care of the remaining orders. well after i voice my concerns about how i never contracted them and how i have no written contracts from their company he tells me to "relax, whats the big deal your getting your car and if anything goes wrong you have insurance" i almost lost it. well i find out that they charged my credit cards the $200 dollars (twice for the two cars) and that they were also charging me $100 dollars more for each car than what i was originally quoted. i then find out that the trucking company they used was M&E who after some researcg found out to be just as bad as ALS. i hate how all these comanies talk to you like your supposed to know how their business is run. well i am going on 3 weeks without my cars after i was quoted 5 to 7 days from the original comapany i thought i was under contract with. i guess it goes to show why the bad comanies all seem to work together. DO NOT USE AIR LAND & SEA or M&E Auto transport. i can't wait to get my cars.
