If your thinking of using Air, Land, and Sea, don't. Get the thought out of your head. They are a broker that should have been out of business a long time ago. Tried to call them lately? Did the phone even ring? They brokered my car to another horror story of a transport service. It is almost 6 weeks since I last saw my car. ALS told me that they were no longer responsible for a rental car if my vehicle was late.
My guess is that they set up operation under another name with a new telephone number, so that they can scam even more individuals. If you have had a problem or horror story of your own, contact the attorney general for consumer protection in your state. Best of Luck~
