To be clear, since my original post I have received my vehicle--weeks late--so it was not stolen. As for the information I disclosed, I obtained it from public/government databases--it is not private. When dealing with ALS I have been lied to repeatedly and I have been given false names. I do not know if "Fred" is Sheldon. I do know that Sheldon Fishman is the only name that appears on public documents concerning ALS.
