I had moved out to California in a hurry. I was even more rushed to find a company and get my car out here. I wanted to pick a company close to the pick up location thinking that service would be quicker. When I first called customer service they were friendly and assured me that it would be picked up on the 8th (which I stressed time was a issue). The 8th passed with out any word of the company, even to let me know that they were running late. I then started to panic and called the company. Hours of calling with no one picking up I was starting to believe that it was a fraud. Today is now the 13th...i finally got in touch with someone! I told them that I had been calling for 5 days and they had the nerve to say, "I find that hard to believe" What I find hard to believe is that they are still around! It was the worst experience calling from morning till evening trying to talk to someone, and I know that they can't be that busy where they don't pick up for four days! They are the worst company i've ever gone thru for anything. The people working there (most of them) are rude and not helpful. There were some that had manners and were sincere to the situation. They have nothing to offer.....late service, they never responded to emails or messages, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, and not to mention....empty promises and meaningless words.
