Candie at Agape Auto (the broker) was extremely nice and honest.

First of all, I have to say that the driver who transported my car across country was very good. The driver (a different guy) who picked up my car was okay.


The only criticism I would have is with the transporting company. They did say that it would take 7-10 days. I called a few times through the week to get updates, but they couldn't give me a specific day of arrival. My car was picked up on a Friday, loaded on the following Tuesday, and arrived the Monday afterwards. However, I called in to find out that it had been loaded on Tuesday. I also called in to see what day it would get to the destination.

Another thing is, it wasn't a "door-to-door" service as advertised. They picked up my car from the origin, but dropped it off in a big lot off of a highway almost 4 miles away from the address I had given for the drop off point. This made it a big hassle for me to get to the drop off location considering the fact that I didn't have a car.

The day before the driver arrived, he called me to tell me that he was going to drop it off Monday afternoon. Before he called, I only knew that was car would arrive 7-10 days after pickup, which would have been anytime between Sunday and Wednesday. Because of this last minute rush, I had to change my itinerary.

Another thing is that the driver said he would arrive between 1-3pm. I got there early to wait for the car. He did not arrive until 4:30pm. It took approximately 30-40 minutes to unload to car from the truck. This made me have to cancel my 5 o'clock engagement that day.

The driver was very careful with my car and after careful inspection, I think that my car is in the same shape it was before the transport.

So really, my only criticism is with the timing. I would have given this transaction the highest rating had it not been for the lack of organization in terms of scheduling and timing. Total time of transport after the pick-up was 10 days. Total number of days after order was placed was 12 days. Good luck with transporting your car!
