I called Agape because of their reviews and Kelly took my order and explained the process in a way that gave me peace about getting my pick up transported. The price was less expensive than I expected; and there was no problem that I had a short time span for them to meet me to pick up my pick up. I called back several times with questions and Kelly assured me by going in to detail about how it all worked. I was called by the carrier the day before to confirm my pick up days- Jerry with Rapture Transportation said he got my information from Kelly at Agape and he would pick up my pick up the next day! Which was my first day of choice to have it picked up! He was on time and his enclosed carrier was very clean. He was very nice and friendly and personable and I knew from the way he treated me that I could trust him with my pick up. And he was not bothered by the fact that all the tires were flat and the pickup could not be driven into his carrier. I asked him when he could drop it off, expecting it to be 2 or3 day, but he said he would "drop it off tomorrow." WOW! No hold time on either end! I signed off that he had picked it up and gave him the contact number for drop off, and asked him to please meet the drop off person after a certain time of day, and he said "no problem." The next day, just like he said, he called my mom, (the drop off contact), and she gave him exact location for the drop off, met him there, and he unloaded my pick up without a problem! There was no damage and nothing was missing of the truck parts that I had put in the back of the truck. My mom was very pleased with Jerry and his transport of my pick up. Agape Transport and the carrier Rapture Transport both have excellent spirits and you can tell from the way they respect the people they are serving and the way they treat the autos they transport. YES! I will use them again if need me, and I encourage EVERYONE to use them also! They will be honest about what they can and can't do and are true to their word! Excellent service all the way around.
