They did exactly what they said they would do. How often does that happen in the services business? One common sense detail for customers to keep in mind is: anticipate that the big transports they often use to haul your car may not be able to make it down a twisty suburban two-lane road to your house. So have a back-up plan for a meeting place in mind. We met the carrier at a parking lot of a nearby church on a major road and everything went off without any problems. Our son now has his car at college and is able to drive to work to his of-campus internship. We paid extra for the two-day pick-up window option.
