This was a very smooth transaction from the standpoint that I had never shipped a car before. Kelly answered all my questions to my satisfaction. The price did go up $50 from the initial quote; if I wanted to wait Agape would look for other haulers, but I chose to go with the one lined up. The pick-up by the hauler went well. Delivery took place three days earlier than originally stated, which was a pleasant surprise. The hauler was very professional, calling no less than three times to tell me where they were enroute. The vehicle came off the track without a problem and in good condition. I recommend using Agape.
