I tried to utilize a local competitor here on Long Island , who did not manage to pickup the vehicle. After days of an answering machine, no returned phone calls, or answered e-mails, I cancelled my agreement with the afore mentioned company, and, contacted Agape Transport.
My first contact with Agape was late on a Friday, by the following Tuesday the vehicle was on the truck headed for NY . The weather for this move was terrible. ice, snow, high wind, blizzards, monsoon rain, yet, our driver wasi/is better than the postman... He delivered, kept me informed along the route, and was a complete professional upon arrival. I was concerned about paying an upfront deposit, as many companies to not charge until the vehicle is actually assigned to a truck, However, this proved to be a non- issue as the move went flawlessly.
