Call Ahead times

Kelly worked patiently with our business as we obtained our internal approval and system process.

The projected pickup and delivery times were fine; though they said they would provide a call ahead 6-12 hours before which it ended up being really less (like approximately 2-5 hours). Being a business this was slightly inconvenient for our business hours. They estimated pickup on a Saturday and did not make it until Monday and called to say they would be there in 2 hours; which ended up being fine. We were in no hurry to have the vehicle quickly. The delivery was estimated for the Friday/Saturday which the driver called Thursday around 11:40 am for a Thursday 4-5 pm delivery. With bad weather that just passed through; we worked with the driver for delivery Friday morning when I got to work at 6am. Driver said he got there at 1am.

On a side note the driver said nobody told him that the vehicle was inoperatable even though we noted that on the quote/order. Good thing he keeps a winch.

Overall satisfied, and will do business again if the need arises.

Steve, the drivers try to give as much notice as possible and we do ask that they give at least 6 hours notice. Sounds like he was just shy of that. We are glad that arrangements were easily made. We spoke with the carrier about the driver saying that he was not told the van was inoperable. The driver was actually not referring to your van, he knew it was inoperable. It was all over his paperwork that it was inoperable. He was actually referring to another car that he had already picked up that they did not know was inoperable until they arrived. We ALWAYS let our carriers know every detail the the vehicles they are picking up. Thank you so much for the opportunity to assist you with this transport Steve. We wish you the very best!
