I chose this company because they had good reviews on transport review, held an A rating with the BBB, and were within my geographic location. It is not unusual for people in this state to state they are CRISTIAN (companies emphasis), but I did not find their values or behavior better or true to their stated business values and practices being any different than a secular or non-christian one. They are a business out to make money. The company they brokered the work out has non-working website and phone number and an F rating with the BBB and a 0 of 5 rating on Transport Reviews (S&B Transport, LLC out of Coraln Springs, FL). When I signed the contract on Friday, I was told the driver would call me shortly and that the pickup would take place on late Saturday or early Sunday morning. I did not hear from the driver until Sunday around noon. I could not reach Agape Transport nor the broker and figured the pickup was not going to take place given the ratings I found and no phone calls. I finally got a number when the driver called me around noon on Sunday saying he was in Atlanta and would not pick up until 4 that afternoon. The driver was great and very personable, but until he called and even up to final delivery I was nervous about the company assigned the job. In retrospect, it would have been faster and cheaper to have the car hauled by a wrecker. It only had to be transported 175 miles.

We are very sorry to hear that Ms. Catherine Crews feels the way she does. Ms. Crews has a very tight time line and we did our very best to accommodate her requests. She wanted her vehicle picked up on a Saturday and delivered the same day. We explained to her we would try our best but we could not guarantee this. She understood this and chose our Priority Shipping option which guarantees her vehicle is picked up within 3 days after her first available date, which it was. Ms. Crews knew that the driver would pickup Saturday or Sunday and she was told he would call her when he got closer to make arrangements for a specific time. Our office is closed on the weekend, which is why she could not reach us. It is very interesting that Ms. Crews posted this slanderous review considering she called us Monday to tell us that she was very happy with the transport. S&B Transport has been a carrier of ours for years and always done an excellent job. They have a 99% rating in this industry. The 1 bad review they have is not an accurate reflection of their company. We do not just state we are a Christian company. We live it! And we prove this every day by the way we treat our customers and drivers. If we were just giving it lip service there would be no way we would maintain the reputation and status we have in this industry for over 5 years.
