Customer service with this company was exceptional. They always picked up the telephone and answered all of my questions promptly. Contacted me to let me know of changes. Extremely courteous, highly recommended.
Had a small amount of difficulty with the carrier, who didn't seem to speak English at all, and could not locate the destination house. However, this was resolved within an hour, and did not impact my overall opinion of Agape.
