Steve, we are very sorry to hear about the situation with the clutch. We do have a certificate of insurance on file and will be happy to give you this information so a claim can be filed. We will help you any way we can with this process. We appreciate that you understand that pickup and delivery dates are estimated and sometimes the driver can get put behind schedule due to traffic, weather, other customers, etc. ***This customer was NOT compensated for their review***
