THE DRIVER CALLED AND WAS READY TO PICK UP CAR A DAY EARLY. WE NEEDED THE CAR AND HAD TO TELL THEM THEY WERE A DAY EARLY. VERY NICE MEN - DID NOT SPEAK VERY GOOD ENGLISH - VERY HARD TO UNDERSTAND ON THE PHONE. THEY PICKED THE CAR UP ON ORG. DATE AROUND 9:30P.M.
RECIEVED A CALL FROM DRIVERS IN TN. AND WOULD BE THREE HRS. UNTIL DELIVERY. THE CAR WAS ON THE HAULER AND IT HAD A FLAT TIRE. WE DO NOT BLAME THEM FOR THIS AND THEY WERE VERY NICE AND EVEN CHANGED THE TIRE. THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME FOR US AND WE WOULD USE THIS CO. AGAIN, AND WE WOULD USE THE SAME DRIVERS AGAIN.
I CALLED THE OFFICE AND THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL WHEN WE HAD QUESTIONS. OVERALL THIS WAS A VERY GOOD. THANK YOU - AGAPE AND THE TWO DRIVERS.
