Both Jeremy and Jackie were very helpful in obtaining a carrier for my car with only about a weeks notice as I waited too long to make up my mind on whether to ship my car, or not..I told them I was leaving for Mass. on the 12th of June so I had to have a carrier by then or I wouldn't be shipping the car.They came through for me the day before I was to fly out, and the car was here in Mass. 2 days after I arrived. The carrier was friendly and efficient and told me when he expected to be in Mass. and he was right on the nose with his prediction...I had used Agape before on my way to Florida last year and found them to be honest and trustworthy...Customer Service is also excellent..Jackie and Jeremy are friendly and very helpful ...My quote on the move was originally 720. back at the end of April when I first inquired about shipping my car, and when I called back after I had made up my mind the price had gone up to 780.then Jackie called me after she had the carrier and said he wanted another 50.00 for the spot he had on his truck so I agreed to go along with that as I really didn't have a choice seeing it was the day before I was flying out...Just goes to show you that you shouldn't hesitate on prices if you know for sure what your plans are going to be..It ended up costing me an extra 110.00 because I couldn't decide!! I still would use Agape again...they are good people...
