Overall a pretty good experience and I would definitely use these folks again if I need another auto to be transported. I was contacted by the driver a couple of days before the expected pickup, and he wanted to pick it up that day, which I agreed to. As it turned out, he was unable to make the pickup that day (a Saturday) due to drop-off delays in the L.A. area, but he did make it out on the next day for my pickup and he worked around my schedule for that day due to my work schedule on Sundays. He was very accommodating and picked my car right up in front of the house exactly at the agreed on time. The car was delivered directly to my son's home in Massachusetts according to schedule and within my son's available time frame. To my knowledge there were no problems and no damage to the car. Can't ask for much better than that!
