Bad experience.. dishonest

On 5/11, I placed order transportation , estimated at 690$
On 5/11, Agape charged 180$ Deposit
5/14 is the first available date I set.
Between 5/12~5/23, no phone call from Agape.
On 5/24, I received the first phone call from Agape. they ask for 100$ more to pick up at 26th, I rejected.
Never heard from the since then.

I hope this timeline give you a summary of their bad and dishonest service.
1. It take 10 days for them to arrange a pick-up, the pick up is 12 days after my first available date. They stated 1~7 days.
2. They ask 100$ more than they asked initially. Their excuses is that "hey, we only asked 100$, not 250$ for expedite service which is specified in the contract". This is the same crap another customer Lori experienced (her reviews below).

I would be OK if they ask 100$ more initially, but this kind of practice is just dishonest and not OK.

Now it is 28th (2 weeks after the first available date), I can ask for a full refund of my deposit and I can bring my business to another honest provider.
