The entire process was easy, and fortunately, went very smoothly. I had some hesitations and worries as there are many horror stories out there. I did my homework on many brokers and transport companies and Agape was the best fit for me. Their prices were not over the top or seriously under cutting their competitors. Although I had plenty of time in my schedule, I liked the option and assurance that my car was guaranteed for pick up within 3 days - I found that not many companies out there can do that.
Jackie was very pleasant, prompt and professional, in all her correspondences with me (either via phone or email) - which gave me a good sense of responsibility. The transporters that came to pick up and deliver my car were also very courteous and professional.
