first of all i don't know how Agape Auto Transport shows some 5 star ratings based on how my case was handeld, when i spoke to Candy from Agape she told me that all of there transporters were grate, because they used these contracters in the past, well guess what that was a lie because two people that they contacted told me they got the contact through the internet, which explaines why after the first two carriers never showed up, it was posted on the internet for the third time, which myself, and the homeowner where my car was supposed to be picked up are wittness to everthing that took place since the beginning of this nightmare. On Jan,14 i spoke to Nicole who then asked me if i wanted my money back, because she couldn't believe what iv'e been going through, because she claims this never happened before(Ha! Ha!) after waiting a couple of day's with no response from Nicole i decided that enough was enough, and i had enough of the runaround and pointing of fingers so i found my own carrier and when i called Candy and told them i found someone else, not even five minutes later the owner of the house called me to tell me some guy by the name of Jeff just called him and said he was picking my car up at which nobody notified myself nor the homeowner, nor did i recieve any information about this carrier, when i asked Candy for my refund that Nicole offered me the evening before thats when i found out what Agape was really about, she refused to refound me the 155.00 back even after i told her i was going to place my review on the site, the 155.00 seemed more inportent to her then there reputation, and untill i'm refunded i will continue to contact whoever i have to,BBB,chamber of commerse, ect.

UPDATE
after seeing Agape responce to my review,i find it very hard to believe there still in bussiness because everything i stated is the truth, and larry who is the homeowner where my car is at can vouch for all the lies told to him and myself regarding this nightmere, and the integrity of Agape Auto Transport LLc. it's scarry to know what some bussinesses will do for 155.00 anyone who views this can email me at jbprim@aol.com and i will tell them my experience, and Larry said he would be more then glad to exspress his opion about Agape, my advise to anyone looking for a class act transport company may contact me and i will give you the person i found, he is not a sub contracter an agent, who's main concern is to take your 155.00 and feed you excusses, after excusses, and by the way it Candy, and Nicole who cancelled Showtime pro formence, and Premire hot shot for not picking up my car, use a little common sence Candy, and Nicole why would i cancell my car to be picked up, the truth of the matter is, if you told the truth about what happened you would probuly lose some bussiness, so to avoid that you lie in your reviews to try to make you out to be the good guy's, as i said anyone can contact me and larry i have nothing to hide, thats then i can say for agape

We have a 5 star rating. We have always been honest and forthright with our customers and this is how they have rated us. We are extremely sorry for how things have turned out with Mr Joe. What he described here is not accurate. He has left out a lot of detail, turning us into the bad guy. We value ourselves on loyalty and honestly with our customers so I will explain the situation with all honesty. Mr Joe has been difficult to please from the beginning but as with anyone we have worked really hard to please him and just weren't able to do so on this vehicle. Now I would like to note that just before this transport we picked up another vehicle from Joe that he was selling and the service we provided him was superb. We bent over backward to please him and he was pleased. On the second transport he has written about we had Mr Joe's vehicle scheduled with a carrier in 2 days from him placing the order. The carrier had some problems and could not get to Joe's vehicle on the date he wanted so Joe said cancel that carrier and assign me another one. He said he didn't trust that carrier. We said ok respecting his decision, even though we know in this industry sometimes carriers get delayed. We assigned another very reputable carrier to go pickup the vehicle. When the driver called the pickup contact Larry, he was told by Larry that there was a ice storm that hit and all the roads were closed. The driver said ok, and that he would stay over night to pickup the next day when the roads cleared. Driver called again to go pickup the vehicle but Larry said that the roads were even worse that day; they were closed because of 2inches of ice on the road. We told Joe we were going to have to wait a few days because of road conditions but we would do our best to get it as soon as possible. We assigned another carrier 2 days later. We had a driver in the area. The driver called Larry and Joe to go pickup the vehicle. Joe then called us to say that he wanted to cancel because he has another carrier going to pickup the next day. We told him that we had worked very hard for him on this and we will cancel with the carrier again but that his deposit of $150 was not refundable because we had assigned a carrier twice and which he cancelled. Per the terms of the contract the deposit is not refundable after we have assigned a carrier to pickup the vehicle. I am sorry for this situation. We worked very hard for Mr. Joe and we just weren't able to please him no matter how hard we tried. Joe we ask you to forgive us. Thank you for your business and the opportunity to transport your vehicle.
