Jackie was kind and understanding and helped in every way possible. This had made my second time to use service. The only problem I really had was driver called said he would be here at 9 AM on a Friday wasn't here waited until 4:00 started to call him he called me at the same time said he got hung up and it would be around 7:30 or 8:00 PM that evening before he would get here. Then he calls and said He could come on down to where I lived ,but it would be 10:30 -10:45. It ended up being 11:30 that night. 14 and half hours from the original delivery time he first gave me. That being my only compliant has to do more with driver and delivery than anything else. He was nice enough and the car was in good condition when delivered just bad delivery times by driver.
