The contract with Agape Auto transport was signed and forwarded on april 16/10. The original contract was for covered transportation from LA to the US border at Pembina ND. at the Rock Bottom Quote of $1280. After contacting Jackie on two or three occasions no carrier had been assigned to provide the transportation so I asked Agape to change the contract to provide for an open transportation Priority Rate with a guarnteed pickup of 1-3 days. A carrier was assigned on April 22 and the vehicle was picked up on April 26 and delivered to Grand Forks ND which is 75 miles from the destination originally contracted for. I agreed to these conditions as I was anxious to receive my vehicle. I inquired whether the rate would be reduced because the original contract specified covered to Pembina and was advised the original price stood. I contacted the driver for Heartland Transport twice during the trip and found him to be very accomidating, we arranged for a pickup point in Grand Forks and the vehicle was there at the appointed time. He had even called me the evening before to advise he had just picked another vehicle for delivery to a point close to the original delivery point but we had already made other arrangements for the day in Grand Forks and declined his offer.Overall we were satisfied with the service but thought we should have been compensated a little for the inconvenience.
