Responsiveness to questions asked in email was very prompt and reliable. There were no prolonged periods of silence or any wondering if the mail had been received. All communications were quickly replied to, either in email or phone.

Car was picked up a day late, but that didn't concern me as I was the recipient. Given the attractive price for shipment in an enclosed container, and the preset, agreed-upon expectations for this price, I had no issues with it. The car ended up arriving a day early despite the day late pickup, so I had no problems with it.

Car arrived pretty clean ( a bit of grime, but it probably was there when it was picked up) and after washing I saw no signs of abuse or damage that didn't exist before (I had inspected the car before shipment was commissioned.)

All communications were friendly and quick as noted, car arrived as expected and in safe condition, and the price was extremely good compared to other quotes. I can hardly ask for more.
