Agape - Excellent, Excellent Service and Support!! This was our first time using an Auto Transport Company. This process can be very confusing. The experiences you read about can be concerning as well. The only reason we contracted with Agape Auto Transport was "JACKIE". After speaking with Jackie the first time, we knew we were dealing with an honest person with tremendous values - Trust, Credibility, Integrity, and Industry Knowledge. Jackie took the time to explain the entire process and put all our concerns and fears to rest. At the same time, Agape Auto had the most competitive price. I would have paid much more money just to get the Customer Service and Support Jackie provided. The car was picked up as scheduled and the driver was equally trusting and helpful. Jackie assured us Agape takes the time to contract with reliable and trusting carriers, as well as drivers. We received an update call from the transport company and the entire trip from PA to CA took only 6 days, door to door. When the time comes to transport the car back to PA, the process will be very quick and easy. It will simply be one phone call - Agape Auto Transport Company, asking for JACKIE.
