We chose the 3 companies that had the top reviews in the past 30 days and contacted all 3 of them. Agape was the only company that responded promptly with a quote within 24 hours. They promptly followed up with a phone call to ask if we had any questions, which we did. Sherry was very knowledgeable and allayed all our fears. We were quoted $715 as a rock bottom rate, which meant they would pick up the car between 1 and 7 days of first available date. We signed up and at this point, Agape completely blew us away with their customer service. They picked up the car within hours of placing the order, on the same day, at no additional cost! Stellar customer service like this deserves to be recognized and publicized.
They said the car would be delivered within 5 days if all goes well, and the car was delivered in 6 days despite a nasty winter storm that lasted 3 days that week.
Only minor wrinkle was the transport company office (not Agape, the company that owned the truck that actually transported our car) notified us that the car was ready to be picked up in MA when the truck was less than 30 minutes away from the destination. We had called the company to find out the status at 3:30 PM and they returned the call only at 5:50 PM, and wanted us to pick up the car by 6:15 PM! It would have been nice to have had at least a couple of hours of notice.
Agape followed up with a phone call after the delivery to find out how our experience was. When we mentioned this, the representative was apologetic and promised to escalate this through her management chain though this was in no way Agape's fault.
Agape's superior customer service, promptness and efficiency has earned them our business automatically the next time we need cars transported. Will definitely use them again!
