It is very unfortunate that Mr. OBrien feels the way he does. We do respect his feelings and sincerely apologize that his expectations were not met. We do; however, disagree with his view of events. Mr. OBrien completed his order on Dec. 1st. On Dec. 2nd his vehicle was assigned to a carrier. We did contact him via email to let him know of the estimated pickup and delivery dates. The carrier was delayed 2 days picking up. The carrier called the person in Washington to inform him of the delay. Sometimes the drivers run into delays due to weather (especially during winter months), other customers or mechanical issues, which is why all dates are estimated. The drivers do their best to meet the estimated dates but sometimes there are unavoidable delays. The driver called ahead of time to arrange the pickup time and he called again prior to delivery. The vehicle was delivered on time. Mr. OBrien was indeed contacted by us and the carrier.
We wish Mr. OBrien and his wife the very best. But he is very wrong in his judgment of Agape Auto Transport.
