No need to search for another company. The main office was very helpful and the driver was very nice. He made an effort to be as accommodating as possible for the drop off since he was not able to drive to our house due to road conditions. The was some confusion with confirming the order and we had to call for a formal confirmation. But the office was very helpful and promptly addressed the matter.
